Morning routine is essential for having balanced day and keep your sanity in check ;)
Here are some things that make my mornings full of joy and set me for the day, step by step:
1. Meditation - even 3 minutes will work! My meditation lasts for 10-20 minutes, but it's the most important thing that you can do for yourself. There are different techniques and I like to rotate them. I love Kim's free meditation series, you can check them out here.
2. Oil pulling - simply take 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and swish it around your mouth for 6 - 20 minutes. It takes out bacteria and toxins from your body. When I'm under the weather it pulls out all the bacteria from the throat and help me stay healthy :)
3. Tongue scraping - it takes coating from your tongue with all bad bacteria. I enjoy this Ayurveda practice, as it leaves my mouth fresh and ready for..
4. Hot lemon water - supports your liver function and kicks the digestion going. I squeeze juice from half a lemon and drink it along with my SBO probiotic
5. Yoga - home practice saves me so much time! I don't have to drive to the gym, so only that saves me up around 40 minutes. Timing is a key. I love doing yoga in the morning, but there are no classes around at 6:00 a.m., so what can be better then using a digital course?
6. GGS - my body feels amazing when I'm "on GGS"! I feel gratitude in each cell for giving myself some love with perfect nutrition ;)
