Spring Rolls
Ingredients:1-2 servings
2 handfuls of arugula
1 sliced tomato
half of an onion, cut into slices
4 radishes
3-4 leaves of romaine lettuce
toothpicks
tamari sauce
On each leaf of romaine lettuce place the arugula, then tomato, onion and radish (you can also add avocado, as in the original recipe http://www.pg.com/pl_PL/kontakt.shtml). Then fold Rolls and at the end fix with the toothpick. If the leaves are large, they can be rolled burrito style - wrap the outer ends towards the middle, then slice in half. Enjoy!
